“ My first time trying this place with my boyfriend and we both loved it! The restaurant is small but has a nice aesthetic and is clean. There is no restroom or garbage cans (when you're done eating you can hand your trash to the employees) but this didn't take away from the experience of eating the food fresh in the restaurant. I didn't get a chance to take a picture of the doubles, but it was super tasty. My boyfriend enjoyed the bake with herring, it was a bit too smoky flavored for me I wanted saltfish but they didn't have any the day I went. However, that was okay because they did have bake and shark and that was delicious. I would've added some more sauce because I'm a saucy girl but it really was scrumptious. My boyfriend also really enjoyed the aloo pie. We don't come to Queens often but from now on when we do, this will be our go-to spot! ”

“ Stopped by here for a quick snack/lunch and was pleasantly surprised by the amount of options. The spread is displayed and there are menu items and items of the day. I really wanted to try their rice dishes, but we were in a rush so we ordered, doubles, aloo pie, egg balls, and more. The dough on the aloo pie was my favorite, so fresh and tasty with curry chickpeas. Ask for peppers, it's good! We were stuffed and everything was tasty and fresh. The service was quick and kind. The restaurant is really cute in the inside and you simply take your food and find a seat with your tray of goods. ”

“ First thing first, i love this place! The ambiance is super cute and very clean, the service was fast and the staff was very nice and patient with me due to it being my first time. The FOOD is delicious. I had this Aloo Pie and the shrimp was very tasty, NOT rubbery and hard, the size of the shrimp was unexpected, so happy it was not tiny shrimp, but the flavor was 10/10 definitely. Get either all of their sauces on it, but definitely get some pepper for that good kick! I tried my friend's Chicken Pasta with BBQ chicken and again the flavors were so GOOD. I can't wait to go back to try new dishes and their doubles. This place is a cute little place for a quick lunch, or food on the-go. Definitely recommend checking them out! ”

“ Bought 4 dhalpuri yesterday went home opened it up and ate some curry duck with it ............have to say this was the BEST dhalpuri I've ever had from this restaurant or any roti shop. Period !!! Almost taste like my mom Also got poulaurie so perfectly seasoned loved it!!! The customer service is some of the best I've had ever on Liberty Avenue polite smiles all around and not that rushed feeling you have at other places. “ This was our first stop after landing at JFK. My uncle brought us here and ordered 20 doubles! We thought it was a bit much at first but I can see after my first doubles that I would certainly would end up having 2 more! The bara was spot on, channa full of flavor and condiments(kuchela, pepper sauce and mother in law) were all a great addition to an already awesome doubles. With so much competition in the area-this place shows it is ready for any of these other places to try and live up to their quality. A must if you're in the Richmond hill area. ”
